This wine is delicious and a fine example of why Sauvignon Blanc and particularly those from New Zealand make up 30% of Australian white wine consumption.

We do not approach these wines in a studious way - one swirl, a sniff and a sip will do, as long as they’re well chilled, we just enjoy the thrilling crisp, freshness of the taste.
