The lighthouse at Point Malcolm is the only inland lighthouse in Australia, at the edge of Lake Alexandrina. Also at the edge of the lake are many great cabernet sauvignon vineyards. It is thought the cooling breezes from the lake offer elegant and soft flavours to wines produced in this area. This is the sole reason we had artisan wine maker Nic Bourke blend this fine wine.

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has an appealing density and lusciousness with regional dark fruit flavours and fine grained soft tannins.
