Nic Bourke is an inspiring winemaker and while he has an unwavering scientific approach to making wine; what he wants from the grapes is both simple and radical. Nic, when he makes wine for himself wants to capture the simple joys of the unadulterated fruit flavours and bottle them. The result is a wonderful bright wine, though as you will quickly discover far from simple.

Nic also has a wonderful ‘otherside’ being a partner in Some Young Punks which has radical label ideas, and this venture based around his Restless Farm. To date he has produced from the farm a Goat, the Elephant and now the Bunny. All have been sensational.

We act as the agents and on sell the whole lot to a single customer.
